Hotel Cliffton - Mumbai

The hotel was conveniently located near my workplace and offered easy accessibility to other areas nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. the staff was amiable, and the room service was prompt.

I was disappointed to know that visitors were not allowed in the hotel, and I was charged an extra fee for having a colleague accompany me to my room. I was asked to pay for an additional mattress, although nobody additional stayed in the room.

Convenient location near my destination and great value for the price. the room was clean and cozy, with no issues during the stay.
